Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to read this site, understand what we do and get in touch with us — whatever device, browser or assistive technology you use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

• The site is built as plain, semantic HTML with a logical heading order, so screen readers can navigate it by structure.
• The layout reflows to any screen width and can be zoomed to 200% without losing content or breaking.
• Body text meets AA contrast ratios against its background, and we do not rely on colour alone to convey meaning.
• Every link, button and form field is reachable and operable with a keyboard, and has a visible focus state.
• Images that carry meaning have alternative text; decorative images are marked so assistive technology skips them.
• Form fields have proper labels, and error messages describe what to do rather than just that something is wrong.
• There is no autoplaying audio or video, and no content that flashes.

Known limitations

We are honest about where we fall short:

• This site has not been independently audited or tested with a full range of assistive technologies. Our testing is internal.
• Some illustrative dashboard and report mock-ups on our industry pages convey their detail visually. Each has a text description of what it shows, but the individual figures inside them are not separately readable by a screen reader.
• PDFs and downloadable resources produced before this statement may not be fully tagged for accessibility. Ask us and we will provide the content in another format.
• Third-party embeds — such as a booking or form service — are outside our direct control, though we choose providers with accessibility in mind.

Alternative formats

If you need anything on this site in a different format — large print, plain text, or read aloud over the phone — email hello@citysolution.co.uk and we will provide it. There is no charge, and you do not have to be a client to ask.

Telling us about a problem

If you hit a barrier on this site, please tell us at hello@citysolution.co.uk. Say which page you were on and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix genuine accessibility defects promptly.

Enforcement

The Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for enforcing accessibility requirements in the UK. If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not happy with our response, you can raise it with the Equality Advisory and Support Service.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 30 August 2026 based on our own review of the site against WCAG 2.2 AA. We review it whenever we make substantial changes to the site, and at least annually.
