City Solution (UK) Ltd is a member firm regulated for a range of investment business activities and licensed to provide accountancy services by the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). We are bound by the AAT Code of Professional Ethics and its associated regulations. We are also registered as a tax agent with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZA171285 for data protection, and for Anti-Money Laundering supervision as required by law.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.

4. No client relationship is created by this website
Using this website, downloading a resource, or contacting us through it does not create a client relationship between you and City Solution (UK) Ltd. A professional relationship begins only once we have completed our client onboarding, carried out the identity and anti-money-laundering checks we are required by law to perform, and both parties have signed an engagement letter. That engagement letter, together with our terms of business, sets out the scope of work, fees, responsibilities and limitations of liability that apply to the services we provide.
5. Pricing shown on this site
Any fees or package prices shown on this website are indicative starting points to help you understand our approach. They are not quotations or offers capable of acceptance. Your actual fee depends on the scope, complexity and volume of your work and will be confirmed in a written proposal before any engagement begins.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, the City Solution name and brand, layout and downloadable materials — is owned by or licensed to City Solution (UK) Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or exploit any part of the site commercially without our prior written consent.

This website may contain links to third-party websites (for example accounting software providers or HMRC). These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.

10. Complaints and professional standards
We are committed to providing a high standard of service. If you are a client and something has gone wrong, please contact us at hello@citysolution.co.uk so we can put it right. As an AAT-licensed firm we operate a formal complaints procedure, a copy of which is available on request. If a complaint about our professional service cannot be resolved between us, you may be able to refer it to the AAT under its complaints process.
11. Governing law
These terms of use, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
